Privacy Policy

Account & Contact

• Email address — when you create an account or sign in with Google. Used to authenticate you and secure your trips.
• User ID — a Supabase-issued identifier tied to your account.

Usage

• Product interactions — venues viewed, itineraries generated, saves, and taps on affiliate links. Used to improve recommendations and app performance.
• Session identifiers — a per-session ID (not linked to your identity) so we can measure funnels.

Location

• Coarse location — only when you grant permission and only to show nearby venues on the map. We do not store your location on our servers.

Diagnostics

• Crash & performance data — anonymous timing and error events used to keep the app fast and stable.

• We do not collect precise GPS coordinates.
• We do not collect payment information. Bookings are completed on partner sites (Vegas.com, Booking.com, Viator).
• We do not collect contacts, photos, health, financial, or sensitive personal information.
• We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for cross-app advertising or tracking as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

• App functionality — authentication, saving trips, showing the map.
• Analytics — understanding which features are useful.
• Product personalization — surfacing venues that match your saved preferences.
• Fraud prevention and abuse protection.

When you chat with the AI Concierge, your prompt is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini via the Lovable AI Gateway) to generate a response. We do not use your conversations to train models. Do not submit sensitive personal information in the chat.

We rely on a small number of processors:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Lovable — application hosting and AI gateway.
• Google Maps Platform — map tiles and place metadata.
• Vegas.com, Booking.com, Viator — affiliate booking partners. Tapping a booking link opens their site under their own privacy policies.

VegasGo earns a commission when you book through some of our links. Affiliate clicks generate a first-party tracking event so the partner can attribute the sale. We do not share your identity with affiliate networks.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Analytics and diagnostic events are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted or aggregated. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with row-level security so that only you can access your account data. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at privacy@vegasgo.app. Residents of the EU, UK, and California have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, including the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell it) and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

VegasGo is intended for adults planning travel to Las Vegas and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted in-app or announced on this page with a new effective date.
